Ellen Weber, PMHNP-BC

Ellen is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who believes mental health care should be collaborative, compassionate, and centered on each individual. She supports adolescents and adults through trauma-informed, evidence-based care, individualized treatment plans, medication management, and therapeutic support. Ellen creates a judgment-free environment where clients can feel comfortable showing up authentically and working toward meaningful progress.

Her experience as an outpatient PMHNP, inpatient psychiatric RN, and in community health gives her a well-rounded perspective on mental health care. She holds a Master of Science in Nursing and a BA in Political Science and Sociology, which have deepened her understanding of the many factors that influence mental health and well-being.
